Make sure you’re on the register

The disability community, together, make up a constituency larger than Connacht.

General Election 2020 is an opportunity to let the incoming Government know that disability rights and the crisis in disability services, needs urgent action. We are encouraging everyone to make sure they are eligible to vote and to support people with disabilities who need it, to do the same. Go online and checktheregister.ie or contact your local city or county council to ensure you are registered to vote on February 8th

If it appears you are not registered, you need to download and fill in the RFA2 form which is available on checktheregister.ie, have it signed and witnessed at a Garda Station. The completed forms need to be returned by post or by hand to your local city or county council by latest Wednesday’s January 22nd deadline, in order to make sure you will be able to cast your ballot on election day, so time is of the essence.
